OK. As for this web site being slanderous slander involves making false statements. All of the statements I make here are backed up with FACT consisting of solid tangible evidence. Hard evidence presented on this site will validate all of the claims made by me regarding Providian Financials actions concerning my personal situation with them. Providian Financial employees telephone conversations with me (recorded legally) will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Providian employees either: A) Do not know the law (Credit Services Act of 1984) or
B) Do not think the law applies to them. Either way my rights as a credit consumer have been trampled and that is why this web site exists. Perhaps others can learn from my mistakes.
Now. On to our other definition:
mal·ice (mls)
n. - A desire to harm others or to see others suffer; extreme ill will or spite.
- Law. The intent, without just cause or reason, to commit a wrongful act that will result in harm to another.
